The past 18 months have been challenging for us as individuals, and especially in our work. It is time for us to create a 'New Deal' at work.
In this webinar recording the Tal&Dev community had the pleasure of connecting with the founder of Intrinsic Labs, Sharath Jeevan, and Michele Volpi, the founder of Tal&Dev for a session on sustaining motivation at work. Sharath delves into how we can all live meaningful and fulfilling lives - and this starts with creating a “personal New Deal” in our own Working Lives, and with our colleagues and our managers. You will see Sharath applying the concepts of Purpose (how what we do helps others), Autonomy (our ability to positively change things) and Mastery (our capacity to continually get better) to help Tal&Dev members identify their motivational challenges and find solutions.
"Autonomy is our ability to fully and convincingly take the wheel."
